Vulgarity OK Confederate Flag not!

This letter needs a reply----sounds like it is WHA-instigated---key word (re-enactment). The parade grand marshal, the Honorable Fred Edens, who is retiring in January as City Manager-----not even pictured. Fred is also an SCV member.

The letter writer says our float and flags were inappropriate for a Christmas parade [but a half-naked man with women stuffing money down his pants was]!
